My goal has been to have a top notch, chef inspired, independent restaurant in this area that is known and appreciated for its quality driven, honest and comfortable approach. I truly believe the historic Walker Station building in Waynesville, coupled with its history in the community and prime location can offer that for me. In turn I aspire to give back to the Waynesville and greater Western North Carolina community a place they can frequent for great food, fellowship and comfort in every way. I absolutely embrace the vision for Singletree Heritage Kitchen which embodies bringing together locally inspired food, community stewardship and people.
